Video entry systems provide the means to be able to control visitors to your premises through the convenience of your telephone system. The North Supply Pantel HL is a universal video door entry intercom that works with PAB's supporting a Hot Line mode of operation and controls visitors to your premises through the convenience of the telephone system.

The North Supply Pantel M and Pancode M Video Entry Control Systems allow users to achieve this from the convenience of their desktop, allowing staff to be more efficient and premises to remain secure.

As your needs change and evolve, the video door entry system options available will ensure that the system continues to deliver cost effective performance and a competitive edge.



The Hot Line video door entry unit connect to the telephone system as an analogue extension operating in Hot Line mode. On arrival, Visitors will press the call button on the door entry and the unit will dial an extension, or group of extensions if set up as a hunt group. The operator will pick up the intercom entry call and have 2 way speech with the visitor. The operator can then choose to attend to the visitor or transfer the call to their colleague as required. If the telephone system supports door release Activation and the door entry option has been implemented, the operator can then press a pre programmed button on the telephone handset and the intercom will then activate the door entry release, allowing the visitor access to the premises. If the video door intercom option is selected, in addition to allowing 2 way speech, the operator can view the visitor on their network PC via the video interface.
