Originally theHiCom Optipoint range of phones were designed to work on the Siemens HiCom and HiPath telephone systems.

The Optipoint is no longer in production and Siemens replaced them with the modern Siemens OptiPoint 500 handset series, also designed to work on the HiCom and HiPath telephone systems.

Our refurbished Optiset E telephones are a family of digital telephones have an attractive design for use on the Realitis DX and iSDX. Ranging from a simple digital telephone to sophisticated feature phones, these telephones are positioned to satisfy a wide range of user needs.

As the Optiset handsets are no longer produced we manufacture and fit our own new phone casings for our refurbished range of Optiset E Phones where needed.



The following refurbished Optiset phones are available, some of which can be expanded using add-on terminals (key modules): Optiset E entry, Optiset E basic, Optiset E standard, Optiset E advance. The Optiset digital telephones are connected via standard two-wire cabling.



Thanks to the innovative Optiset E adapter concept, this range of telephones can immediately be adapted to the requirements of individual workstations. Different adapters can simply be plugged.


Refurbished Siemens Optiset E Entry Phone

Our Refurbished Optiset Entry phone offers 3 feature keys with LED displays for number redial, message receive and consultation. 3 programmable feature keys, LED display lamps, Last number redial, Volume control.



Refurbished Siemens Optiset E Basic Phone

The refurbished Optiset E Basic provides 8 feature keys with LEDs plus on-hook dialling, open listening and a plug-in socket for a phone adapter. 8 programmable feature keys, Open listening, On-hook dialling, Plug-in adapter socket.




Refurbished Siemens Optiset E Standard Phone

Our Refurbished Optiset Standard phone includes 12 feature keys with LEDs plus a 2-line LCD display and 'OK', 'Previous', and 'Next' menu keys for interactive prompting of features. The Standard model offers hands-free operation and open listening. 12 programmable feature keys, 3 menu keys, Full hands free working, 2-line LCD.




Refurbished Siemens Optiset E Advance Phone

Refurbished Optiset Advance phone facilities are as per the Standard model except for 2 adaptor plug-in positions (which replace hands-free operation). There is an option to plug in up to 4 key modules, each consisting of 16 feature keys with LEDs.



Refurbished Siemens Optiset E Advance Plus Phone

Our Refurbished Optiset Advance Plus phone facilities as for the Advance model but with the addition of hands-free operation. 2 adapter plug-in positions, Option of additional key modules, Hands-free option.

As we decommission telephone systems, where ever possible we bring them back to life. To do this we start by testing and analysing any faults, replacing any faulty parts, deluxe deep clean, add new labels, line cords and curly cords. The handset is then re-tested, sanitised, shrink wrap and sealed. Finally it is provided with a full year guarantee!

All used telephones are tested to manufacturers’ specification and inspected by our quality control department prior to dispatch. All work carried out is backed by Select Service full warranty.
